Overview

Welcome to AnimeCarMod.

AnimeCarMod is operated by Hangzhou Yunzheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. The terms “AnimeCarMod,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AnimeCarMod and/or its operating company. We operate this website and online store through Shopify to provide customers with handmade car decor products, custom design services, product information, checkout, payment, fulfillment, and related services.

By visiting our website, browsing our store, placing an order, submitting a custom request, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

When placing an order or submitting a custom request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your name, email address, shipping address, billing information, vehicle information, and customization details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Our Products

AnimeCarMod offers handmade and custom car decor products, including but not limited to:

  • Quarter Window Dioramas

  • Car Dashboard Decor

  • Car Stickers

  • Custom design services

  • Accessories, adapters, upgrades, and add-ons

We make reasonable efforts to display product photos, colors, materials, size references, lighting effects, and descriptions accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, handmade details, vehicle differences, material availability, and production adjustments.

Because our products are handmade, slight differences in details, placement, texture, color, and finish may occur. These differences are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects unless they materially affect normal use.

We reserve the right to change, update, discontinue, or limit any product, design, collection, material, accessory, or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Vehicle Fitment and Compatibility

Certain AnimeCarMod products, especially Quarter Window Dioramas, are designed based on vehicle model, year, side selection, and rear quarter window structure.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including brand, model, year, selected side, and any requested photos or measurements.

Some vehicles may not be suitable for installation. Installation may not be possible or recommended if:

  • The quarter window is too small.

  • The vehicle does not have a rear quarter window.

  • The quarter window is connected to or moves with the door.

  • The window shape, trim, interior structure, or wiring position prevents safe or stable installation.

  • The customer provides incorrect vehicle information.

We will make reasonable efforts to review fitment before production, but final fit may vary depending on vehicle condition, model year differences, trim differences, and customer-provided information.

If incorrect or incomplete vehicle information is provided by the customer, we may not be responsible for fitment issues resulting from that information.

4. Installation and Safe Use

Our Quarter Window Dioramas are designed for easier installation with no drilling and no glue required. However, customers are responsible for installing and using all products safely.

You must ensure that any product installed or placed inside your vehicle does not block your driving view, mirrors, windows, airbags, vents, controls, dashboard functions, steering wheel, pedals, gear selector, screens, or any safety-related components.

For Car Dashboard Decor products, you must place the item in a secure and safe position. Do not place dashboard decor where it may slide, fall, distract the driver, interfere with vehicle operation, or become dangerous during sudden braking, collision, or airbag deployment.

Customers are responsible for checking local laws and vehicle safety rules before installing or using our products.

AnimeCarMod is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, fines, or legal consequences caused by unsafe installation, improper placement, misuse, distracted driving, or failure to follow safety instructions.

5. Custom Orders, Deposits and Final Payments

AnimeCarMod offers custom design services for Quarter Window Dioramas, Car Dashboard Decor, and Car Stickers.

A custom order deposit allows us to begin the design review, planning, communication, material selection, proposal preparation, and quotation process.

After a custom deposit is submitted, we will usually provide a proposal within 1–2 business days. The proposal may include:

  • A proposed design direction

  • Suggested model elements or materials

  • Visual references when applicable

  • The final quotation for the full custom piece

If the first proposal is not suitable, customers may request revisions or another design direction before production begins.

If, after communication and revisions, the proposal is still far from the customer’s original vision before production begins, the customer may request a refund of the deposit.

Once the customer approves the final proposal and pays the remaining balance, production will begin. After production begins, the deposit is non-refundable.

If a customer changes their mind after production has started, the order may not be canceled or refunded.

Custom project pricing may vary depending on complexity, materials, product type, vehicle structure, size, scene density, design difficulty, and production time.

6. Custom Design Ownership and Reproduction

Each custom design is created based on the customer’s submitted idea, theme, mood, reference, and approved proposal.

AnimeCarMod will not reproduce a customer’s one-of-a-kind custom design for another customer without permission, unless the design is based on general themes, common materials, standard product structures, or elements that are not unique to that customer.

Customers acknowledge that similar themes, colors, materials, accessories, scenes, or artistic styles may appear in different products due to shared design categories, material availability, or common customer requests.

7. Customer-Provided Materials and Intellectual Property

If you submit images, characters, logos, artwork, text, names, references, or other materials for custom orders, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to use those materials.

AnimeCarMod may refuse or cancel custom requests that we believe may infringe third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

You are responsible for any claims, disputes, losses, or liabilities arising from materials you submit to us.

AnimeCarMod does not claim affiliation with third-party brands, characters, rights holders, or intellectual property owners unless expressly stated.

8. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or request additional information for any order at our discretion.

An order is accepted only after we confirm the order and process payment.

We may contact you by email, phone, order message, or other contact information you provide if we need to confirm product details, vehicle fitment, custom requirements, payment, shipping, or order changes.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Because many of our products are handmade, customized, or made to order, cancellation requests may not be accepted after production begins.

9. Pricing, Promotions and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, unless there is an obvious error.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be imposed by your country or region.

Promotional codes, automatic discounts, gift offers, sample offers, partner discounts, or bundle offers may be subject to separate terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order.

10. Shipping, Delivery and Customs

We ship orders internationally where service is available.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Handmade production time, custom design time, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, and events outside our control may affect delivery time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery failure, delay, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country or region.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will try to assist you in finding a reasonable solution.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy, available at: /policies/refund-policy.

Due to the handmade, custom-fit, made-to-order, or personalized nature of many AnimeCarMod products, some products may not be eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed quality issue, wrong item, or other issue covered by our Refund Policy.

Custom orders, custom stickers, custom dashboard decor, custom quarter window dioramas, deposits, final payments, and made-to-order items may be non-refundable once production begins, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you believe your order has a defect, damage, wrong item, or missing component, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

12. Accessories, Upgrades and Add-ons

AnimeCarMod may offer accessories, adapter options, visual upgrades, gift packs, add-ons, and additional decorative elements.

Some upgrades, such as extra elements and accessories for larger quarter windows, are optional and may be recommended based on vehicle window size, scene layout, or visual balance.

Accessory and upgrade options may not be standalone products unless expressly stated. They may need to be purchased together with an eligible AnimeCarMod product.

13. Partner Orders, Resale and Commercial Use

Products purchased through our standard retail website are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial resale, wholesale purchase, retail partnership, display partnership, referral partnership, or business collaboration must be approved by AnimeCarMod in writing or through an official partner program.

Authorized partners may be subject to separate partner terms, sample fees, commission rules, pricing structures, display requirements, and order fulfillment processes.

Unauthorized resale, copying, false affiliation, or misleading representation of AnimeCarMod products is prohibited.

14. Third-Party Services and Shopify

Our website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store, checkout, payment processing support, hosting, and related ecommerce functions.

Any purchase you make through our store is made directly with AnimeCarMod, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the products, services, order fulfillment, custom designs, shipping, or customer support provided by AnimeCarMod.

Our website may also use third-party services, including payment providers, analytics tools, advertising tools, email marketing tools, review tools, shipping services, or social media integrations.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at: /policies/privacy-policy.

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted through Shopify and uses third-party service providers, certain information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in accordance with their applicable policies.

16. Feedback, Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content to AnimeCarMod, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, publish, translate, edit, and distribute such content for business, marketing, product improvement, customer support, and promotional purposes.

You represent that your submitted content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.

We may remove or refuse to publish content that we believe is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photos, product descriptions, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, layouts, text, and other materials on our website are owned by AnimeCarMod or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, display, publish, scrape, download, or use any part of our website, product content, product images, designs, or brand materials for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

AnimeCarMod’s name, logo, product names, designs, slogans, and related brand assets may not be used without our prior written permission.

18. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website, services, products, or content for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.

  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

  • Scrape, copy, or extract website data without permission.

  • Impersonate another person or entity.

  • Interfere with website security or normal operation.

  • Use our content to create counterfeit, misleading, or competing products.

  • Abuse discounts, promotions, samples, partner offers, or refund processes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or take legal action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Occasionally, information on our website may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability, transit times, or other details.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, cancel orders, or change product availability at any time, including after an order has been submitted, where permitted by applicable law.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, services, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except as expressly stated by AnimeCarMod or required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

Product descriptions, size references, fitment guidance, lighting effect images, installation guidance, and custom proposal materials are provided for general reference and may vary depending on vehicle differences, handmade production, display settings, and actual use conditions.

This section does not limit any remedies we may offer for confirmed quality issues under our Refund Policy, nor does it limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnimeCarMod shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or similar damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, vehicle downtime, or replacement costs.

AnimeCarMod is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or legal consequences caused by improper installation, unsafe placement, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect vehicle information, failure to follow instructions, or violation of applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms 

We may update, revise, or replace these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website.

The updated Terms will take effect when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, our website, our products, or our services shall first be resolved through friendly communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through communication, it may be submitted to a court or dispute resolution body with jurisdiction over the registered place of AnimeCarMod Limited., unless applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnimeCarMod regarding your use of our website and services.
