Shipping Policy
Overview
AnimeCarMod ships handmade car decor products, custom-fit Quarter Window Dioramas, Car Dashboard Decor, Car Stickers, accessories, upgrades, and custom orders to customers in supported countries and regions.
Because many of our products are handmade, custom-fit, or made to order, processing time may include both production time and shipping time.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Order processing begins after payment is confirmed and all required order information has been received.
Required information may include:

Reference images, if applicable

Remaining balance payment for custom orders, if applicable
If required information is missing, incorrect, or unclear, order processing may be delayed.
2. Production Time
Because AnimeCarMod products are handmade, production time varies by product type, order volume, complexity, vehicle fitment, material availability, and custom requirements.
Estimated production times:

Ready-made or standard handmade products: usually 3–5 business days

Custom-fit Quarter Window Dioramas: usually 3–7 business days after fitment confirmation

Custom orders: production time will be shared after the design is approved and full payment is received

Products requiring new vehicle data, special modeling, or additional fitment work may take longer
During peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or high order volume periods, production time may be longer.
3. Custom Order Timeline
For Build Your Own custom orders, the general process is:

Customer places a custom deposit.

AnimeCarMod reviews the request.

We provide a proposal and final quotation, usually within 1–2 business days.

Customer requests revisions if needed.

Customer approves the proposal and pays the remaining balance.

Production begins after full payment is received.

The finished item is shipped after production and quality check.
Production does not begin until the final proposal is approved and the remaining balance is paid.
4. Shipping Time
After production is completed and the order is shipped, estimated delivery time is usually:

United States: usually 10–15 business days

Canada: usually 10–15 business days

Europe: usually 10–20 business days

Australia: usually 10–20 business days

Other supported regions: delivery time may vary
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.
5. Shipping Origin
Most AnimeCarMod products are handmade and shipped from our studio or fulfillment location in China.
Depending on inventory, partner arrangements, logistics availability, or future fulfillment setup, some orders may ship from other locations.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping fees may vary based on destination, product type, package size, weight, shipping method, promotions, and order value.
From time to time, AnimeCarMod may offer free shipping promotions or shipping discounts. Such offers may be subject to separate terms and may change without notice.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment, especially for international packages.
If tracking has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. It may be in customs processing, international transit, or local carrier handoff.
8. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or related charges required by their country or region.
AnimeCarMod is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, customs clearance, tax collection, or import restrictions.
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
AnimeCarMod is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, return, loss, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately. We will try to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed or shipped.
10. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.
If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will try to assist in checking the shipment status.
AnimeCarMod is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken from the delivery location after delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, building management, or delivery location first.
11. Damaged Packages
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please provide:

A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and may offer replacement parts, partial refund, replacement item, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
12. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product type, size, production schedule, inventory, or logistics requirements.
If your order is shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
13. Preorders, Custom Orders and Backorders
Preorder items, custom orders, and backordered products may require additional processing or production time.
If an item has a special production or estimated shipping timeline, we will provide the relevant information on the product page, order confirmation, or through customer communication.
14. Shipping Restrictions
We may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions, addresses, P.O. boxes, military addresses, remote areas, or locations restricted by carriers or applicable laws.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or cancel the order if necessary.
