This page is for placing a custom design deposit. Once your deposit is submitted, our team will review your request and create a tailored proposal based on your idea, vehicle model, and visual preferences.

Whether you want something cute, futuristic, dark, dreamy, personal, or entirely unique, we’ll work with you to craft a design that feels truly yours.

How It Works

Step 1 — Place Your Deposit
Submit your custom order deposit through this page.

Step 2 — We Review Your Request
Within 1–2 business days, we will provide:

• A proposed design direction
• The model elements or materials we plan to use
• The final quotation for the full custom piece

Step 3 — Revise if Needed
If the first proposal isn’t perfect, we can provide another option and continue adjusting until it aligns with your vision.

Step 4 — Approve the Proposal & Pay the Remaining Balance
Once you accept the final proposal, complete the remaining balance payment before production begins.

Step 5 — Production Begins
After full payment, your custom diorama will be crafted by hand with care and precision.

Deposit Policy

Your deposit allows us to begin the custom design and planning process.

Before production starts:

• If the proposal still feels far from your vision after revisions, you may request a deposit refund.
• You may also request another design direction before moving forward.

After production starts:

• Once production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Changes of mind after production has started cannot be refunded.

Important Notes

• Provide your vehicle model, year, and side selection clearly when submitting your request.
• Custom projects may vary in price depending on complexity, materials, structure, and scene design.
• Each handmade diorama has slight differences in detail, which make it truly unique.
• Production time will be shared after the design is confirmed.
